**Practice Manager**

We are looking for a **Practice Manager** to join our team at **Ramsay Psychology Liverpool** on a **Permanent Full Time** or **Part-time** basis

**About the Role**

**Ramsay Psychology Liverpool** is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to provide effective management of the consulting suites daily practice and operations. The role is based within this state of the art private mental health facility whereby you will provide comprehensive support for a team of secretaries and psychiatrists.

**About You**

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Practice Manager with experience in private practice, with the capability to effectively meet the needs of our doctors in their private specialist practice.

You will be a positive, responsible, self-motivated person with excellent people and telephone skills. It is essential that you have proven experience in a similar role combined with a strong focus on detail. You will possess highly developed relationship skills, commitment to customer service and a ‘can do’ approach, and above all an unwavering commitment to client confidentiality.
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to other Ramsay Psychology clinics to provide relief as needed
- Confidence interacting with GP’s, Specialists, and other referrers to promote Ramsay
- Experience using Bluechip software (would be highly regarded)
- Knowledge of Medicare, Tyro, and HICAPS systems
- Previous experience managing a busy Medical Consulting Suite
- Ability to undertake end to end Practice Manager function including management of Billings
