Based in the heart of the CBD, this boutique-sized specialist law firm is primed for growth.

With a very well-respected brand in their chosen area of law, the Managing Partner has a large, busy and successful practice and plans to recruit more lawyers to assist.

The Managing Partner is therefore ready to hand over the firm's practice management to an operations or business services specialist, who can run with the firm's existing operational needs.

**The Opportunity**

This opportunity is suited to you as a practice/office management professional looking to join a stable, successful business and secure a wide-ranging Practice Management opportunity.

You'll join a firm that is going through a growth phrase and become part of a well established and close-knit team, that already demonstrates great staff longevity.

You'll take responsibility for the full Practice Management remit including, HR, operations, BD & Marketing, IT, risk & compliance.

You'll also work with the Managing Partner to strategise growth and improvement, working together to build the firm - as you become an integral member of the management team.

**About you**

The current size of this firm means this role is suited to either a full-time Practice Manager looking to develop their career, or an experienced PM looking for three or four days a week work.

You will offer
- Experience in a law firm, in-house legal team or another time-billable, professional services firm.
- Office Management / Practice Management experience that includes exposure to legal billing and people management
- A love of diversity and a willingness to take on a variety of duties from the transactional to the strategic.

You'll be able to widen your skill base across the whole practice management remit as you work closely with the Managing Partner to take this firm through to its next stage of growth.

For the right person, this position could be offered on a three or four day a week basis. Some hybrid/flexible working also available.
