- **Assistant Practice Manager** has been created to work alongside and coordinate office functions, staff and ensure the overall quality of patient service is met and exceeded.

**The Role**

The
**Assistant**
**Practice Manager** position is a key management function for the business and sits within the Clinical Services team. It is responsible for managing all aspects of team operations, including (but not limited to):

- Managing key project and stakeholder relationships with diligence and efficiency
- Passionately offering the team support and leadership while working alongside them on day-to-day reception duties and supporting the team in the areas required in this busy practice
- Quickly, effectively and compassionately dealing with complaints or distressed patients
- Engaging with doctors to build strong relationships, rapport and communication
- Assist in developing and leading a culture of performance and excellence
- Identifying procedures that require refining and providing suggestions for improvements
- Recruiting new specialists and ensuring the onboarding processes are seamless

**About You**
You will have experience as a 2IC/Office Coordinator/Assistant Practice Manager (or similar) within a specialist medical/allied health environment and this will couple with a track record of leading and supporting a team. Naturally engaging and supportive, your ability to foster a collegiate workplace, set and uphold the standard in patient services and be an amazing ambassador for a leading practice is your 'happy place'.
**Salary & Benefits**
This is a senior opportunity offering an attractive salary package in the range of
