As a Campos AR Officer, you’ll be responsible for the management of our Accounts Receivables, following up with incoming and outstanding payments. This is a fixed-term (12-month) full-time position based in the Campos headquarters in Banksmeadow, where we currently have a hybrid work policy (3 days work from office, 2 days work from home). There might be opportunities to stay with Campos after the initial 12 month contract. You will be joining the Campos Finance team. We are using a system called Sage and we will be rolling out a B2B E-Commerce system (Salesforce) towards the end of the year where Wholesale customers can place their orders online. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is required before we go live with this system, and we could use your help with that An open mindset and an understanding of accounting systems will help you thrive in this role.

In this role, you’ll love the ability to:

- Take charge of all our payments and allocations with the help of Sage and our new B2B system Salesforce
- Manage debt collection across the business and oversee all Accounts Receivable activities
- Calculate and process customer rebates
- Support with month-end reporting and AR insights with the help of Excel

For this role as an AR Officer, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- You have relevant experience working with AR
- You ideally have experience working with Sage and Salesforce (or similar systems)
- You ideally have accounting experience
- You have basic or advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc.)
- You’re detail and system-oriented
- You have an open mind and are excited to start working with a new system
- You don’t mind picking up the phone from time to time to help customers with payment questions
- Valid AU working rights and preferably available at short notice (before the beginning of October)
