**Accounts Receivable**

**About the role**

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process payments to debtors' accounts
- Raise and process customer claims
- Respond to Telephone account enquiries and satisfy each enquiry made after extensive investigation.
- Set up new accounts within the system
- Review credit limits
- Reconcile daily bank report
- Collect invoices and accounts set by the Credit Manager.

**Key Performance Measures**:

- Budgets collection per month
- Ensure to correct the allocation and reconciliation of customer payments
- Ensure overdue accounts are reported within 90 days to the Credit Manager

**Role Requirements**:

- Experience working in an Account Department
- Exceptional communication skills
- Talented with time management
- Highly motivated
- Superior complaint-handling skills
- Customer liaison
