Strategic Account Manager, Partners

As a Strategic Account Manager, Partners, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention across Team Global Express's most valued partner accounts. This hybrid role has two key objectives: actively leading Team Global Express's key strategic account (s) and be responsible for securing new business from tier one partners.
What You'll Do
- Manage a bespoke portfolio of strategic partner accounts, maximising TGE's profile, share of wallet, and customer loyalty
- Develop and execute customer growth strategies, service plans, and quarterly business reviews
- Build and expand executive-level relationships across customer organisations
- Champion customer needs internally to deliver innovative, enterprise-wide solutions across all business units
- Drive acquisition of new tier-one partner accounts across multiple industries
- Deliver against financial objectives including revenue targets, profitability, and revenue quality
- Provide sustainable, multimodal transport solutions tailored to customer requirements
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience managing and selling complex B2B solutions to large enterprise customers
- Strong track record in strategic account management, sales planning, and exceeding targets
- Exceptional relationship-building skills from C-suite to operational levels
- Commercial acumen in opportunity planning, revenue forecasting, and contract negotiation
- Deep understanding of market segments, industry trends, and digital ecommerce solutions
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative mindset with a strategic, evidence-based approach to problem-solving
- Valid Driver's License
