**About the Department**:
Our Supply Chain Team is responsible for coordinating stock movements throughout Australia as well as internationally. We work closely with our 3PL partners to ensure optimal stock levels and prompt deliveries. Our goal is to provide high standards of quality and care for our customers across Australia and New Zealand.

We have an exciting opportunity for an up-and-coming **Supply Chain Administrator** to join our Supply Chain Team based in Macquarie Park. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday) with an immediate start.

**Here is what your role will include**:

- Creating and maintaining customer data in SAP and other systems
- Creating and maintaining product data to ensure product availability
- Liaising with stakeholders to obtain up-to-date information for customers and products
- Ensuring smooth flow of data between various systems
- Supporting with supply chain activities
- Maintaining accurate data in the reporting systems and updating dashboards
- Providing support on the data requests assigned to the Supply Chain team
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks

**To be successful in this role, you will have/be**:

- Ability to manage high volumes of information and data entry
- Ability to work with urgency to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner
- Experience as a Data Administrator (desirable)
- Experience using SAP (desirable)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong drive to succeed & a self-starter
- Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Experience with ServiceNow and Zendesk (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Natural multi-tasking skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable)
