**About the role**:
We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our brand-new Automated Distribution Centre.

This is an incredible opportunity to be involved in the commissioning of an Australian first European lead technology Automated Distribution Centre (ADC). Located in Kemps Creek New South Wales, you’ll utilise state of the art facilities to deliver outstanding service level fulfilment to our stores. Critical to the site’s success are our people who’ll enable day to day operations.

As the Facilities Manager you will be Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, this role is pivotal in managing the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) provider. You’ll be hands on with the day to day facility maintenance, compliance and accountable for delivering safe, efficient FM services. Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, you’ll partner with our daily operations leaders to deliver strategic key deliverables.

Other ways you can make an impact include:

- managing site Facility asset and service management - delivering quality asset management and improved life cycle value for the business
- managing our FM provider performance across Facilities Management, Technical Procurement, Project Management and Engineering disciplines
- supporting the team through any necessary FM project related activities, which can include tracking faults and remediating through project processes
- developing and maintaining scenario modelling of potential facility failure (FMEA) and create action plans/SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to resolve
- ensuring all statutory compliance and occupational health and safety requirements are managed and fulfilled
- managing the annual facility budget - identifying and prioritising the required funds to support required services

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager that understands commercial impacts on a complex site. Someone who can effect change and effectively manage suppliers, you will also have;
- a proven track record in electrical engineering systems and management of facilities maintenance, with several years being in a leadership role
- sound experience in managing contracts and partnerships
- exceptional communication and influencing skills, combined with the ability to present technical information in clear and simple concepts
- hands on experience and knowledge of electrical installations and maintenance work
- a passion for learning new ideas to ensure leading edge systems and management processes are implemented
- stakeholder management - working cross functionally both with internal and strategic partners
- financial and business acumen
