Job Expectation

CJ Foods Oceania is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Supply Chain Analyst to drive seamless end-to-end supply chain operations across the business. This role reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager and plays a critical part in developing channel-specific strategies, improving delivery performance, and enhancing collaboration with key trading partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing demand forecasting, supplier performance, and inventory planning, while ensuring 100% DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) across all channels. A strong ability to communicate with clarity, professionalism, and data-driven insights is essential, especially when engaging with customers and OEM partners.

Primary Responsibilities;

Strategic Supply Chain Operations

• Support the Supply Chain Manager in developing and executing channel-specific supply chain strategies tailored to customer needs and market dynamics.
• Lead demand forecasting processes and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage supplier performance and purchasing operations, ensuring alignment with production schedules and inventory targets.
• Coordinate and submit Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports to key trading partners, including performance metrics, cost analysis, and NPD updates.
• Develop and expand CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) programs to strengthen supply chain collaboration.
• Identify and onboard new CPFR partners to improve visibility and responsiveness across the supply chain.
• Ensure 100% DIFOT by proactively managing logistics, transportation schedules, and inventory availability.
• Lead and facilitate CPFR meetings with trading partners, presenting clear action plans and insights based on accurate data.
• Support inventory planning for OEM items, including raw material procurement, production scheduling, and stock level optimization.
• Provide professional and courteous communication to customers and partners, backed by data-driven recommendations and actionable solutions.
• Conduct biannual stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to support NPD S&OP processes, including initial forecast volume analysis and actual sales tracking.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Skills/Experience;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer-first mindset and a clear, respectful communication style.
• Experience in leading CPFR programs and facilitating collaborative meetings with trading partners.
• Hand-on approach with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive operational improvements.
