**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a P&C Manager, Kemps Creek ADC to partner with the Automated Distribution Centre (NSW) to develop & execute the people plan of our Kemps Creek NSW ADC site.

**What you’ll be doing**

Having a strong commercial and business acumen, the P&C Manager Kemps Creek ADC is responsible for:

- Supporting Coles cyclical people programs
- Partnering with the Head of ADC Operations to deliver the One Operations People Plan aligned to business needs
- Working across the program and site leadership team to start-up the ADC operations
- Developing a site-based strategy/plan to mitigate IR/ER challenges
- Coaching the ADC Operations Leadership team to drive continuous improvement provide ongoing strategic P&C support in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, talent, L&D, reward and performance
- Providing clarity on L&D requirements (start-up and ongoing) to meet the People Plan
- Engaging internal and external stakeholders across the business
- Supporting with the execution of the corporate P&C and operations strategy

**Good things you’ll need**
- Strong P&C generalist experience (7 plus years)
- Solid knowledge of P&C best practice
- Demonstrated business partnering capability
- Experience in supply chain operations and or operational environments (Manufacturing)
- Deep experience in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cyclical programs simultaneously at times working under pressure
- Developed relationship management and influencing skills
- Advanced consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills
