Purpose of Role:
_ _As an Export Document Controller you will be responsible for creating all required documentation for export shipping and process export delivery notes. This role will also act as first point of contact for internal and external customers as well as freight forwarders for export shipping enquires. This role will also be coordinating activities between various parties involved in the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process the assigned orders and create all necessary shipping documentation for Weir branches.- Accurately updating shipment data into exports program- Liaising with the Finance Department on the reconciliation of invoices.- Processing goods issued delivery documents.- Participating in End of Month reporting and order processing.- Providing ad-hoc assistance to other team members as required.

Job Knowledge:
- Working within a similar role.- Exposure to Logistics, Supply Chain and Freight Forwarding environments will be highly advantageous.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Be a team player, with a willingness to help others.- A desire to learn and grow further.- Experience with SAP, Ozdocs will be highly advantageous, but non-essential.- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suites will be advantageous.
