**The Role**

We are currently seeking a Water Servicing Coordinator (WSC) to design, and project manage several our complex and high-profile urban/land development and residential subdivision projects, with a key focus on associated Sydney Water sewer and water infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation, tracking and completing lodgement of Section 73 with Sydney Water
- Preparation of design and drafting of sewer and water reticulation plans to Sydney Water standards
- Design, co-ordination, and project management of projects across the entire project life cycle including feasibility, design, and construction management
- Production of engineering reports and supporting tender proposals
- Proactively collaborating with team members, contributors, and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness, and co-ordination of project deliverables, including Sydney Water

**About You**
- Relevant Degree/Diploma in Civil engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience working within a Water Servicing Coordinator role
- Accredited as a Water Servicing Coordinator/Designer (C1 and above)
- Previous urban / land development project experience
- Relevant software experience - AutoCAD & Civil 12D
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technical engineering elements, particularly sewer & water in support of SMEC's Licensed Water Servicing Coordinator (WSC) status in NSW
- Knowledge of relevant design standards, codes, Local Regulatory Authority Guidelines and Australian Standards
