**The Opportunity**

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced **Supervisor** to join our high performing project delivery team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the safe, on time, and on budget delivery of critical water infrastructure projects. You’ll play a vital role in mentoring and developing your crews, fostering a positive and high performing culture, contributing to the continued success of our operations.

You’ll be part of a business with a strong reputation for innovation and excellence in pipeline solutions. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, you’ll also be supported by a collaborative and capable team, including Skilled Operators, Project Engineers, and Administrators.
- What You'll Be Doing_
- Lead and develop field teams across wastewater projects
- Identify potential delivery risks and implement proactive solutions
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Plan and coordinate onsite resources including people, plant, materials and equipment
- Working in and around the Northern Beaches (fully maintained vehicle provided) on a 24/7 rotating shift (with additional pay benefits)
- What You Bring_
- A valid Drivers Licence and White Card
- The ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift in the Northern Beaches
- Proven experience leading and managing site teams
- A steady and supportive leadership style, with a focus on building strong, reliable teams
- Solid working knowledge of water infrastructure projects
- Practical, hands on experience with on site planning and logistics
