**What**
**you’ll**
**do**:

- Assist in the timely extraction, harmonisation and consolidation of operational, finance, safety and project metrics for reporting.
- Update reports, ensuring they are version and change controlled - archived in an organised and easily retrievable manner for future reference.
- Supporting the office of the COO and business units in drafting reports or presentations for the Board, Executive Leadership Team or organisation wide communications.
- Facilitates agendas, minutes, actions, risks and meeting submissions, ensuring the smooth running of strategy, performance and innovation meetings.
- Supports data cleansing and maintaining consistency in data quality and hierarchy, ensuring efficient compilation of monthly reports. Establish and maintain effective working networks and communication relationships with staff within the team and WaterNSW. **What we are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Journalism or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated office management & record management skills / experience
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organise work to successfully meet needs of different staff, within strict deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Word Excel and PowerPoint to prepare detailed reports
- Ability to write clear, concise and effective reports and communications for wide range of stakeholders including the Board of Directors, Senior Management and other People Leaders.
- Ability to interpret and process data and translating it into clear user-friendly reports
