**About the role**

The Sydney Roads Asset Performance Contract (SRAP-C) is a venture which will undertake the delivery of maintenance excellence to improve the lives of customers and communities, making Greater Sydney a better place to live, work and play.

Community Engagement Manager will establish and ingrain a customer centric culture within the SRAP-C business, ensuring engagement and stakeholder management by effective communication and enquiry resolution.

**What you’ll be doing**

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

- Maintain close relationships with Transport for NSW, Local Community in the Parkland Zone and working closely with project and delivery teams.
- Monitor community enquiries ensuring quality and timely responses to meet the contract KPI.
- Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reporting.
- Develop and implement community engagement and complaints management processes and procedures.
- Prepare and implement Communications Plan.
- Ministerial complaints/enquiries and escalated Parliamentary enquires are responded to promptly and within timeframes set by the Client.
- Provide feedback and report to line manager on performance, issues and resolutions.
- Conduct Community impact monitoring across Parkland, inspections and auditing for the business.
- Lead and develop a team of Community Engagement Officers.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience within Transport industry is essential.
- IAP2 Certificate in Public Participation or equivalent.
- Strong communication and stakeholder Management.
