**Community Engagement Lead**

- Attractive annual salary $117,780 - $129,789 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation

An exciting opportunity to join the RFS in a role that makes a real difference to preparing our communities for bush fires and other emergencies. The community engagement team are responsible for the development of programs, activities and initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders, partners, members and researchers to reduce risk and enhance community resilience.
- You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Attention to detail in a fast paced customer service environment

This role is responsible for supervising the community engagement team and supporting the functioning of the frameworks it adopts. This is a unique opportunity for an all-rounder to deliver results across a range of disciplines and stakeholders.
