**It's all about you...**
Reporting to and working closely with the Secretary of Property Trusts you will be responsible for managing the administration of the Board and it's committees.

**Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;**
- Providing specialist advice to Board and Committee members on the impact of relevant changes to legislative and other governance requirements
- The preparation, maintenance, collation and presentation of all board and committee related papers, minutes, files and agendas
- Develop, review, and amend Board and Committee administration policies and procedures on a regular basis to ensure they comply with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Manage protected disclosures under direction from the Secretary to the Property Trusts
- Develop and maintain a suite of Governance documents
- Answer ad-hoc and general enquires to board members and board related matters.

A major component of this role is liaising/advising key senior level stakeholders and as such exceptional attention to detail, the ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times is essential as is the ability develop relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.

**Skills and experience we'd love..**
- strong governance experience with a working knowledge of ASIC and ACNC regulations, Australian Charity and Company Law in terms of
governance and Risk and the regulatory environment
- excellent written, document drafting, research & analytical ability;
- a high level of diplomacy, tact and discretion
- integrity, strong ethics, accountability and influencing skills;
- advanced MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
