**The opportunity**
The North Hub Team Manager’s primary responsibility is the end-to-end responsibility for the management of the team and the quality of service they provide to our top advisor practices.
**How you will make an impact**
- Coach, motivate and lead team to achieve performance outcomes including NPS and quality KPI targets
- Drive strong relationships with our top advisor practices across Australia
- Actively engage, lead, and develop employees to improve performance and foster a strong client focus
- Contribute to implementation and delivery of the North Strategy
- Actively manage and balance advisor practices in conjunction with needs and Wealth Distribution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Wealth Distribution leaders to support the overall service offering to the top advisor practices
- Cultivate and build employee engagement e.g. eSat participation rate and progress target/involuntary turnover and talent retention
- Lead and advocate implementation of change across the team Accountable for management of budget, resource planning, shrinkage and workload
- Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement and provide input into processes, standards and business plans for the North Hub/North Service Centre
- Actively identifies, assesses and addresses operational risk
**What you will bring to the role**
- 5+ years experience in leading people and working across a fast paced, customer/client service orientated team environment and/or financial service industry and driving a collaborative, high performance culture
- Broad understanding and experience of wealth management and end to end business operations
- Understanding of competitors propositions and Superannuation/Investment industry trends, as they relate to the wealth management, in particular platforms environment
- Understanding of the regulatory and compliance regime for financial services
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or preparedness to undergo studies in business or finance desirable
