We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced governance and risk advisors who have a background supporting Committees and Leadership teams. If you are looking for an opportunity to provide proactive governance support in a professional not for profit environment, we would like to hear from you.

This full time permanent role will be responsible for providing executive support to the Company Secretary and appropriate committees; drafting and maintaining governance documentation; coordinating election processes relating to committees; coordinating administration activities relating to their AGM and providing meeting support including minute taking and agenda preparation.
- Experience working with a Board/Committees and providing secretariat support
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Well-developed written communication skills
- An ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Strong time management and ability to meet set deadlines
- A High attention to detail and self-directed
