**About the Organisation**:
Australian College of Community and Health Services Pty Ltd t/a Australian College of Community and Health Services (ACCHS) is a Registered domestic and CRICOS Training Provider of Nationally Recognised Qualifications with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (RTO Code 45182 and CRICOS 03687F). We just moved to a state of art facility located in Unit 102, Level 1 30 Cowper Street, Parramatta NSW 2150. We are searching for an ethical, professional Compliance and Training Manager You must be a leader and also a team player who is extremely motivated, enthusiastic and has the required skill sets for this position.

**About the Role**

The Compliance and Training manager is responsible for overseeing and managing training compliance, training and assessment, training staff and student management. In addition, to work with the CEO to design and implement effective internal quality controls, policies and procedures to assure training compliance with applicable local, State and Commonwealth laws and regulations that affect the operations of the RTO/CRICOS, NSW Smart & Skilled.

Other main responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Coordinating and managing the RTO’s training and assessment requirements
- Working with the CEO in planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring compliance activities (ASQA)
- Manage Trainers to ensure quality delivery in line with company expectation
- Recruit and induct trainers ensuring workforce capacity to meet company demands
- Ensuring local and overseas students are supported in their learning and acquire an outstanding experience
- Liaise and coordinate with external stakeholders to facilitate work placements for our students.
- Develop, contextualise and implementing course materials and assessment tools
- Performance Management of Trainers
- Ensuring the correct flow of training paperwork such as enrolment forms, attendance logs and associated data entry
- Assist with overseeing compliance with legislative requirements
- Assist with coordinating internal audits, validation, and quality compliance matters
- Developing, reviewing, improving and maintaining existing policies and procedures
- Training staff and management on key changes to legislation and regulatory requirements

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum qualification - Diploma level
- At least 2 years’ experience in a RTO role
- Strong understanding of the National Standards for RTOs (2018), compliance audits knowledge
- Good working knowledge of the ESOS Act and CRICOS standards
- Conversant with NSW Smart & Skilled Operating Requirements
- Experience in successful execution, monitoring
- Sound knowledge and understanding of student management systems (Axcelerate)
- Strong project management experience
- Strong experience in developing and monitoring compliant training resources and learning materials
- Course coordination and scheduling experience
- Strong knowledge in government Smart & Skilled funding procedures and programmes

**Essential Qualifications and checks**
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Working with Children's check
- Double COVID-19 vaccination required
- National Police check
