**Role: First Aid Trainer and Assessor**

Permanent Part Time

**Location**: Parramatta

**Company Overview**
Our client is one of the highest rated tutoring services in Australia and is seeking qualified First Aid and CPR Trainer and Assessor with experience in training and assessment in delivering first aid certificates in HLTAID009, HLTAID011, and HLTAID012.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training and assessment both on-site and off-site.
- Actively participate in feedback collection and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist in the development of innovative learning materials and assessment methods.
- Maintain accurate administrative records in accordance with vocational education standards.
- Promote our programs by visiting centres on days without classes.

**Qualifications and other requirements**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 qualification
- Current HLTAID009, HLTAID011 and HLTAID012 Provide an Emergency First Aid response in an Education and Care Setting qualification
- Experience working with First Aid even in a first aid officer role
- Be able to demonstrate industry experience/currency.
- Evidence of maintaining professional development in the VET sector
- Experience developing learner resources and assessments
- Experience updating digital learning through a system such as Axcelerate
- ASQA Compliance
- The permanent role is hybrid with focus on training delivery and sales efforts when not engaged in workshop delivery

**Job Type**: Part-time

Licence/Certification:

- professional development in the VET sector (preferred)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 (preferred)
- Current HLTAID009, HLTAID011 and HLTAID012 (required)
