- **UGL Unipart**) was founded in December 2011 as a Joint Venture between UGL (Australia) and Unipart Rail (UK). UGL Unipart operates a Rail Maintenance Facility at Auburn where it maintains rolling stock for Sydney Trains, Transport for New South Wales and other rail operators.

**About the Role**
- UGL Unipart is looking for a Training and Compliance Administrator to join the HSE & Training team on a 6 month fixed term contract based at our rolling stock maintenance facility in Auburn, Sydney.
- Reporting to the Training and Compliance Advisor, the Training & Compliance Administrator position plays a pivotal role in the efficient and effective implementation of workforce training, competency programs and record keeping meeting all legislative, regulatory, organisational and functional obligations. This position will work in partnership with the HSE teams on site to coordinate training schedule and administration functions in line with national, enterprise and internal competencies.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification and/or a Cert IV in Training & Assessing is desired but not essential
- Proficient skills in computers i.e. Microsoft Office with Intermediate skills in Excel.
- Ability to review and analyse data, forming recommendations for solutions and improvement
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in generation of reports
- Experienced gained in the rail, automotive, military, defence, avionics or any other safety critical environment would be considered advantageous.
