- Lead on Business Risk Assurance and Controls as an SME.
- Develop trusted relationships with business leaders and teams to deliver workshops, provide risk assurance advice, and control testing services.
- Flexible working at either our Melbourne or Sydney Office.

- Complete Assurance Reviews across the Material Service Providers Assurance Plans, consistent with their level of criticality and risk.
- Provide control testing education, advice and training to first line risk teams and the broader business.
- Develop and execute the controls assurance plans across Rest’s critical operations.
- Provide advice and support for the identification of risks, controls, obligations, business and regulatory change on critical operations.
- Facilitate risk and control assessment workshops.
- Support the annual critical operations assurance attestation and reporting process to group executives and the board.
- Support the implementation of CPS230 and associated business resilience practices

**Qualifications**
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or experience in
- Experience in a Risk and/or Compliance role within the financial services industry.
- Leadership experience to make informed decisions, setting priorities and providing direction to business leaders, and teams.
- Thorough understanding of Control Testing and Assurance, frameworks, methodologies and practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business continuity management, operational resilience and/or familiarity with CPS230.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business process architecture principles and practices and how risk is managed on process.
