- Join us at a critical point in our journey as Manager, Assurance, where you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding financial integrity and driving governance excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead assurance strategies that strengthen controls, mitigate risk, and support transformation during a period of significant change.-
- You’ll oversee the assurance framework within corporate finance, ensuring compliance, operational resilience, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions and help shape the future of the business.-
- Key responsibilities will include:Develop and execute financial assurance strategies aligned with corporate finance objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee internal audits and coordinate external audit processes to maintain robust financial controls.
- Drive improvements in risk management and assurance processes to support business continuity.
- Deliver insights and reporting to senior leadership on assurance trends, control gaps, and emerging risks.

About You**-
- You are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in complex, fast-changing environments. With a strong understanding of governance and risk management, you combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver assurance that drives confidence and stability.-
- You’re ready to lead assurance initiatives during a transformative period and make a meaningful impact on the business.-
- In addition, you will have:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CA/CPA highly desirable.
- 7-10 years’ experience in financial assurance, corporate finance, or internal audit.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in businesses undergoing divestment, mergers, or acquisitions is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
