**About our Role**:
As our Business process lead for Forecast to Schedule, you will be responsible for leading the SAP S/4 implementation. You are a key leader who will have a vision for the future and influence and inspire people towards that vision. This role will involve working closely and collaborating with our JRS USA based team members. The Forecast to Schedule area covers Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling (including raw planning), Inventory planning and the overall integrated business planning cycle.
**What will you do**:
- Current and future state - Map and understand the current process, including facilitating the process mining activity
- Define and continually refine the Epics, Features and scope, including what is required at Go Live and what will be the future roadmap
- Design for the future - Provide expertise in the current and a vision for future desired business processes
- Work closely with our SAP Product team to define the future end to end process and solution
- Work closely with the functional teams as the solution is built and provide business feedback and gap identification
- Accelerate decision making and SME engagement - Coordinate and build a network of SMEs from the business teams to contribute to program activities
- Participate in Global Product governance forums to ensure a consistent Global Design where there is value
- Implementation and management - Co-ordinate our SMEs and end users to complete testing, sign-off defect resolution
- Stand-up super user networks and transition to this group post go-live
- Facilitate process mining activity to monitor effectiveness of the solution and adoption
**About you**:
- Significant SAP business lead experience in the area of Forecast to Schedule
- Ability to influence and drive consensus with functional, technical and business stakeholders
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- System savvy, with experience implementing technology solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
