**About The Role**

The forecasting analyst position will monitor and optimise the deliveries to customers ensuring they are kept in gas and monitor customer demands with the use of telemetry (smart devices).

You will work with the scheduling and operational teams to ensure deliveries are scheduled and delivered on the correct days.

You will also work with the Forecasting manager to identify opportunities to improve customer service and reduce cost.

**Key duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Monitor and Optimise orders to ensure deliveries are within agreed delivery parameters on a daily basis
- Ensure deliveries to customers are optimised ensuring that fills are efficient, and customers are kept in gas
- Review Forecast accuracy of deliveries and adjust delivery input/parameters
- Working closely with the scheduling team to ensure on time deliveries
- Support a network of 25,000 telemetry devices ensuring they are working correctly
- Collaboration with various functions to ensure data integrity for our tank and telemetry assets
- Ensure data integrity and maintain data in Salesforce for smart devices

**IS THIS YOU?**

You’ll need to have exceptional communication skills with the ability to easily build rapport with others.

You ideally graduated recently and/or have 1-2 years work experience and are interested in a career in supply chain management.

You can show, through the work you’ve done that you have:

- Degree in Logistics/Transport/SCM
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions
- Experience using Logistics planning systems (Transport Management, Routing or Network planning)
- Experience using Salesforce or Tableau
