Job Title: Market Forecaster

We are seeking a talented Market Forecaster to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with clients through regular engagement and ensure effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage client expectations and feedback to deliver outcomes that exceed their needs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and retailers to implement and maintain product ranges, new releases, and promotional orders.
  • Provide exceptional service levels in the management of various accounts/categories.
  • Develop strategic demand planning approaches for long-term forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate process documents for specific categories/vendors/retailers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in inventory management and demand planning.
  • Excellent communication and English literacy skills (written & verbal).
