**The Role**
As the team lead for business support to the Defence Policing and Security Management System, you will work with the Integrity Systems team, data and business specialists to deliver customer support, reporting and assurance which contributes to the security and performance of Defence’s integrity environment, and the Defence mission.
Through a strong commitment to delivering excellent support, training and coaching for system users, you will distil technical and compliance-related matters into concepts that resonates with users and stakeholders alike. You will work with a broad range of system users and stakeholders to design and develop data driven intelligent reporting solutions through data sourcing, extraction, transformation and analysis. You will assist in data migration to the new case management system, including value and field mapping and business reconciliation.
**About our Team**
Our small team sits within Defence Integrity Division (formerly Audit and Fraud Control). We provide critical business support and data services to areas across Defence who use the legacy case management system to record and manage incidents and investigations into serious wrongdoing.
We are also the lead business area and data steward in the implementation of a new case management system, being delivered as part of the Enterprise Resource Planning Program.
