**About the Role**:
As Wholesale Manager VIC / TAS, you will thrive on motivating and leading a high performance sales team to forge strong, long-term relationships with wholesale partners, where you will effectively service and develop new accounts throughout the region.

Bringing with you your commercial flair and natural ability to establish networks, this role will provide you with an opportunity to grow within NHP in a versatile and dynamic role.

- Monitor developments in the Wholesale industry to forecast and maintain relevant stock profiles in branches while identifying new opportunities.
- Provide information to the State Manager regarding wholesale industry status and recommend plans to maximise future business.
- Co-ordinate day to day pricing strategies to remain competitive and gain market share whilst remaining profitable.
- Wholesale promotions and presentations.

To be successful in this role you will be passionate about Wholesale sales and have a strong desire to lead a team to success in a supportive and collaborative style.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Strong commercial and networking skills to partner with our Wholesale customers in VIC / TAS
- Proven experience in execution of sales strategies to achieve set budgets
- Previous experience driving Wholesale sales and increasing store presence
- An understanding of how the Electrical supply chain works
- Collaborative, approachable and strong people management skills to effectively lead a team
- A ‘go getter’ attitude and openness to new ideas
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills
- Results driven & focused
