Role Overview

We are looking for a Wholesale Coordinator to be the central link between our sales, operations, and logistics teams. You will ensure wholesale orders are managed seamlessly, products are delivered on time, and our partners receive an exceptional experience.

From onboarding and product launches to reporting and system support, you will play a vital role in keeping everything accurate, consistent and aligned. You will also support our Wholesale Manager with account management, CRM updates and reporting, helping to fuel Tara Treasures' growth both locally and globally.

What You Will Do
  • Support the Wholesale Manager with reporting, CRM pipeline updates, and day-to-day wholesale administration.
  • Maintain and review wholesale documents (order forms, invoices, shipping docs) for accuracy and clarity.
  • Act as a polished, responsive point of contact for wholesale partners via email.
  • Facilitate new account onboarding, including regional and international partners.
  • Track orders from entry (Shopify or other platforms) through warehouse fulfillment.
  • Liaise with courier partners (AusPost, StarTrack, TNT/FedEx, etc.) to ensure seamless shipping and resolve issues quickly.
  • Assist with product launches, samples, launch documents, and pre-orders.
  • Manage sample requests, promotional gifting, and wholesale events/tradeshows.
  • Coordinate Tara Treasures' presence at 2 wholesale trade shows per year, overseeing planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of partner interactions, orders, and feedback.
  • Resolve partner queries independently where possible, escalating only when needed.
  • Support finance with invoicing, payment reconciliation, and account discrepancy resolution.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a wholesale B2B support or coordination role, experience in toys, apparel, homewares, or artisan goods is a bonus.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional yet approachable style.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, CRM platforms, and wholesale operations will be highly regarded.
