We have an opportunity for a Wholesale Sales Manager to join the Sales Leadership Team at Stockland in Melbourne VIC. With Stockland’s ongoing success comes growth and as such, we currently require a full-time, permanent Wholesale Manager. This role will initially work across our projects located in Victoria.
The Wholesale Manager is a key leadership role responsible for meeting sales targets by building relationships with key project and broader business stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts as set as agreed for wholesale sales activities.
- Contribute to the setting of sales budgets & metrics for the state based on business requirements and MOU agreements.
- Develop Wholesale and channel strategies to achieve sales volumes targets as set and agreed.
- Execute against strategy to deliver profitable sales results and sustainable growth focusing on key partnerships.
- Develop, manage and monitor effective working relationships with external sales agent networks and builder partners (B2B).
- Develop strong relationships & work closely with key project and broader business stakeholders.(B2B)
- Developing and maintain relationships and manage the performance of key national channel sales agents as the representative for Stockland as agreed.
- Primary contact for the day-to-day management of key national sales agent relationships while working closely with GM Sales and broader Residential Communities Leadership team.
- Provide thought leadership on strategic issues, and contribute to the integration of project disciplines (i.e. development, marketing, design and customer service) in a manner that maximises project outcomes.
- Ensure positive engagement and solid relationships with key builder partners, competitors and other stakeholders to achieve required state business outcomes.
**About You**
- Proven ability to develop & maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders & senior leaders
- Experience in developing operational support for large teams
- Proven ability to drive & implement change through influence and collaboration across all levels
- Sales channel management experience desirable
- Property sales experience
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage multiple stakeholders
- General interest in operational/ management administration
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong Stakeholder relationship management skills
- Ability to lead and influence a team
- Strong excel skills beneficial for analysis work desirable
