Client Invoicing Officer
**What are my accountabilities**:
- Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with contractual terms and timelines.
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client billing and payments.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Support the team and leader on other ad hoc tasks as directed
**Who you are**:
- Experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
