**The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Undertake the preparation and processing of receivable invoices, reconciliations, and other finance related activities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to the processing and resolution of issues relating to accounts payable and receivable invoices and assist with the review and development of financial procedures.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations, month end journals and ad-hoc reporting as required and perform monthly audit and compliance activities across IMS to ensure discrepancies are investigated in a timely manner.
- Maintain an Assets Register, coordination of annual stock takes and provide advice on the acquisition and disposal of assets and other related matters
- Assist in providing access to selected information technology solutions utilised by IMS stakeholders, including the performance of regular audits of IT solutions within IMS.
