**THE COMPANY**

Our client is a leading international accountancy firm that provides outsourced Business Advisory. Tax and Audit Services

Their Business Service’s division has a large team of Accountants and Bookkeepers that services a wide range of clients locally and internationally.

Due to increased workload their Brisbane CBD office is seeking a fulltime Administrator / Client Services Officer to join their internal practice management team that supports the external Business Services accounting team.

**In this interesting and varied role, you will**:

- Support the Business Advisory and Tax division Partners, Managers and team members
- Liaise with clients and collate documentation regarding tax returns and financial statements
- Assist with corporate compliance e.g. ASIC documentation and lodgements
- Prepare client invoices and other documents associated with end of month
- Ensure quality control of both client documents and client data
- Complete general administrative duties such as binding, photocopying, scanning, collating documents, saving documents to internal document management system, data entry

**EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- Prior experience in an Chartered or Public Accounting firm (highly desirable)
- 2 years + administration experience
- Superior written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and effective problem solving skills
- Quality time management skills - Ability to manage peaks and troughs in workflow
- Superior organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with accounting office software packages and /or the capacity to learn
- Initiative and a willingness to learn
