**Job Description**:
The Learning and Career Development Manager - APAC - contributes to ensure that the organization is continuously building and developing its leadership, functional and technical capabilities to deliver and execute its current and future goals and strategies.

The role/function is responsible for the overall execution of Learning and Development strategies, processes and programs, including the building of the Competency Framework and Curriculum, Critical Needs Analysis (based on current and future organizational capability requirements), Framework and Program Design, and implementation of Learning and Development Solutions/Interventions (on a blended approach in the digital/virtual platform).

The role/function will be in-charge of the oversight, design and development while ensuring the implementation of the learning and development strategy and programs.

The role will also strongly support the governance of L&D strategies, processes and programs across APAC.

**Learning & Career Development**:

- Ensure we are providing the appropriate interpersonal skills development opportunities for our people, to enable us to offer an exceptional experience to our clients
- Work with HR and business leaders to design and deliver enablement programs that support business success - identifying employee and business training needs that require new approaches in the development of solutions.
- Lead the delivery of our onboarding program, to ensure we provide a world-class onboarding experience for our people

- Communicate L&D initiatives within the business so that they are known, understood and adopted - be an L&D ambassador.
- Develop and implement tools or framework to check effectiveness of the different internal and external learning and interventions.
- Contribute to the creation of an extraordinary environment for our people through the design and execution of the events and activities, enabling us to enhance and retain talent.
- Determine and coordinate events and activities, sometimes delivering and running workshops, training events, webinars, external trainings across all learning and development areas.
- Lead by example and promote the use of internal communication channels and productivity tools
- Stay up-to-date with the latest thinking in learning design, learning technology and industry best-practice

**Qualifications**:

- You may speak languages beyond English, which would be an asset.

- You love being innovative, designing and delivering things from scratch.
- You are empathetic and self-aware.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on L&D and ideally you have experience or background in Organization Development and/or Learning and Development (Competency Management/Career Pathing/Leadership Development)
