Learning & Development Assistant

A learning and development assistant's primary responsibility is to provide professional and effective administrative support to the learning and development team. As an L&D assistant, you will be expected to carry out a wide range of duties to support the organisation'sL&D function.
**Requirements**:
The role reports into the Learning and Development Coordinator, where you will learn to facilitate Onboarding Sessions, be trained in company memberships and manage the traineeship program.
- Provide administrative support to Learning & Development Coordinator
- Facilitate the delivery of Onboarding for new starters
- Assist with training sessions
- Contribute to the management and maintenance of learning records
- Manage memberships and accreditations with preferred industry associations, aggregator and lenders on behalf of our brokers
- Assist the coordination of training through third-party providers, such as the Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
- Assist in internal promotion of Valiants learning solutions
- Ensuring all learning content is compliant and ethical
**Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Administration experience, preferably in a L&D environment
- Customer service and relationship management experience (an advantage)
- Tech savvy with a desire to learn new systems and suggest improvements
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and disciplined with attention to detail
- Experience in a dynamic service-focused organisation.
- Strong ability to deliver to deadlines and work under pressure
- Salesforce background (an advantage)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year
