We are looking for a passionate Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing our workforce’s skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in organizing and facilitating training programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.
- A passion for learning and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Organising and Supporting Training Sessions: Plan, coordinate, and support various training sessions and workshops for our team members, ensuring they have access to relevant learning opportunities.
- Building and Updating a Training Matrix: Develop and maintain a comprehensive training matrix to track employees' skills and competencies, ensuring alignment with company goals and individual career paths.
- Team Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to integrate seamlessly into the organisation.
- Conducting Team Reviews and Gathering Feedback: Regularly conduct team reviews to assess training effectiveness, gather feedback, and make improvements to our learning and development programs.
- Mapping Out Career Paths: Collaborate with department heads to map out clear and achievable career paths within the organisation, helping employees set and achieve their career goals.
- Building Internal and External Training: Create and deliver both internal and external training programs, fostering continuous learning and development in alignment with business needs.
- Building and Maintaining Internal Playbooks: Develop and maintain internal playbooks and resources that serve as guides for our team members, ensuring consistent processes and knowledge sharing.
- Culture Creator & Supporter: Champion of our company's culture, values, and mission by actively promoting a positive and inclusive work environment through various training and cultural initiatives.
