**The opportunity**:
To assist the Purchasing Coordinator in the purchasing requirements for the business including but not limited to Food and Beverage stock.

**Key Responsibilities**:
From purchase orders to perfect deliveries, you’ll be:

- Review Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and issue to suppliers
- Update Purchase Orders with amended delivery dates
- Review and investigate outstanding Purchase Orders and close off where required
- Liaise with VRL Shared Services regarding purchase orders to avoid discrepancies.
- Formulate and issue reports to the business to improve the P2P process.
- Update supplier quotes and product information into the SAP system
- Investigate and resolve with suppliers any supply queries
- Liaise with team members to ensure all delivery requirements are met.
- Always ensure the highest level of customer service when working with both internal and external customers.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for someone whose energy and passion thrives in purchasing. You’ll bring:

- Experience in supply chain/stock replenishment would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas.
- Highly developed problem solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously when required
- Knowledge of SAP an advantage
