This person must be able to:

- Support the F&B Manager to lead the Banquet department.
- Know your numbers.
- Manage Payroll & Beverage costs across the Banquet Department.
- Be a leader in cultural change.
- Assist in developing the team.

You must be an experienced F&B service professional and be passionate about providing great customer service.
