**Executive Assistant Manager - Leading Hotel with an Exquisite F&B Operation**

This role requires the skills of a qualified hospitality professional with a strong background in Food & Beverage.

**Any experience in flagship F&B operations such as Michelin Stars, Hatted Restaurants, Gault & Millau or Rosettes is a prerequisite for the appointment.**

Key requirements
- Impeccable F&B experiences
- Strong F&B background required - able managing top dining in restaurants and events
- A good working knowledge of rooms will be a distinct advantage
- Must be holding a similar position (EAM, RM or F&B Director) in a reputable 200+ room 5-star property
- Used to working with managing teams, a great mentor and leader
- Very hands on role, attention to detail required
- Solid business acumen and used to dealing with budgets and financial controls
- Excellent guest contact and diplomatic skills
- Good organisational skills and the ability to think on their feet
- A creative thinker
- Computer-literate
- Must have a solid track record displaying stability pre
- and post-Covid

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
