The opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated individual to support our Purchasing Coordinator in the purchasing requirements for Village Roadshow Theme Parks. Including but not limited to non-inventory stock, you'll be the heart of our procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Be the supply chain superstar who keeps the shelves full, and our parks stocked. you'll be:

• Review Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and issue to suppliers

• Update Purchase Orders with amended delivery dates

• Review and investigate outstanding Purchase Orders and close off where required

• Liaise with VRL Shared Services regarding purchase orders to avoid discrepancies.

• Formulate and issue reports to the business to improve the P2P process.

• Update supplier quotes and product information into the SAP system

• Investigate and resolve with suppliers any supply queries

• Liaise with team members to ensure all delivery requirements are met.

• Always ensure the highest level of customer service when working with both internal and external customers.

What We're Looking For:
Bring your spark and passion for purchasing, we're seeking someone who makes procurement exciting. You'll bring:

• Experience in supply chain/stock replenishment would be an advantage

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas.

• Highly developed problem solving skills.

• Strong computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously when required

• Knowledge of SAP an advantage
