**The Opportunity**:
Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic work environment? We are seeking a dedicated People and Culture Advisor to join our HR team. This role is critical in managing and coordinating key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including staff movements, and exits, all managed through our HRIS platform.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Central administrative hub for HR: Streamline HR operations and communication.
- Support HR Advisory Managers: Assist with projects, reports, and HR initiatives.
- Expert in City HRIS platform: Manage data and troubleshoot system issues.
- Primary contact for inquiries: Handle team and line manager questions professionally.

**You will be required to demonstrate**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with a focus on interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while being an effective team player.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- A strong emphasis on confidentiality and sensitivity in handling HR-related matters.
- Exceptional customer focus
