**In your role as a Service Advisor you will be 100% focused on managing your Guests' experience whilst their vehicle is in our care.** Your Customer centric nature will ensure you deliver the ultimate Customer Experience to each and every Customer.

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Customer centric nature
- Proven experience in a similar high paced role.
- Strong customer service with a focus to maintain a good relationship with customers.
- Knowledge/ experience using tune dms
- Excellent time Management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Current driving licence.
- Exposure to the Microsoft suite of programs.
