**The Role**:
We are experiencing dynamic growth, so this is a new position to meet **m**illennium’s expanding recruitment needs

The Recruitment Advisor (RA) role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across all **m*illennium Victoria Cleaning roles. So, if you’re looking to build your portfolio of professional recruitment experience, then the **m*illennium RA role will offer it all - from advertisement to onboarding, training, and everything in between

Key responsibilities will include:

- Committing to Safety,by taking charge as a safety leader within **m**illennium.
- Extending Offers and Onboarding and Induction.
- Ensuring all new hires have uniforms, equipment, and tools they require.
- Reporting and administration tasks, as well as supporting cross-departmental projects and initiatives.

**The Person**:
Ideally, you already have a couple of years of high-volume recruitment experience under your belt and you’re hungry to experience more as you take the next step in your career You are customer focused, a great communicator, love new ideas and innovation, have an eye for detail and are a people person.

As this is a new role, you will have the chance to stamp your mark on what will develop as an integral position within an ASX listed organisation - while you continue to gain experience delivering efficient and effective recruitment, support, advisory and administration services.
