**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Audi team on a full-time basis at Aud Waverley. This position would be ideal for an experienced individual who is eager to further themselves within the premium automotive segment, however we would also be willing to provide training to someone new to the industry who has outstanding customer service skills.

As a Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment and is passionate about providing customers with a consistently outstanding experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will determine their requirements and communicate with them to ensure a positive customer experience
- Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
- Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring they are given the best possible Customer Service experience
- Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets

**Requirements for the role will involve the following**:

- Experience in a similar role within a Retail Automotive Service Department is preferable
- Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
- Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Sound automotive technical knowledge
- Punctual and reliable
- Have a professional attitude and be well organised
- Current driver licence
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate a high level of care and attention to detail
- Able to work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
