**The role**

Mineral Resources People Logistics team is expanding and we are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Officer to support the ongoing growth of the business. Reporting through to the Team lead, you will be required to administer effective management across all MinRes new starters and contractors
- All site mobilisations for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring all compliances have been met according to MRL and client site requirements
- Coordinating training and inductions for new and existing employees
- Liaising with external providers as and when required
- Daily use of logistics/bookings systems (INX software)
- Monitor, maintain and review current work-flow spreadsheets
- Provide comprehensive administration support as required by the team
- Maintaining and fostering a work environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous experience working in a similar fast-paced, dynamic Mobilisation environment
- Previous experience booking domestic travel essential
- Experience with mobilising personnel to Rio Tinto and BHP sites is preferred
- An understanding of mine site and construction industry requirements
- Experience with INX desirable
- Possess high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships with on-site Managers, Superintendents and Project Managers
- Personalised approach with the ability to anticipate the needs of the Mobilisation team, and the wider HR team
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
- Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects simultaneously whilst also providing a calibre of service
- A positive team playing attitude where you’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up, and have some fun while you work
