**About the role**
- Ensure records of training are maintained and updated accordingly
- Coordinate effective and appropriate training and verification of competency processes
- Provide adequate resources to support the successful completion of each Induction
- Enhance our employee experience with onboarding
- Assess the competency of Inductees, record, and report progress to host Site
- Coordinate the integration of Procurement and Mobilisation requirements for Inductee

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Experience across a diverse range of individuals and work disciplines at all levels within a large-scale high-performance environment
- Demonstrated experience and performance evaluating, reporting, and consulting with stakeholders around performance
- High Customer service focused
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Great team player, yet able to work independently
