This role part of our growing HR team based at our modern Osborne Park office.

**About The Role**:

- Lead the onboarding and inductions for new team members.
- Ensure compliance for site access of new employees.
- Maintain meticulous induction records and follow up with workers for compliance.
- Coordinate pre-employment medical bookings.
- Manage the raising and receipting of purchase orders and ordering of PPE.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Mobilisation role within the mining and resources industry.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Suite and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and influencing skills.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a proactive self-starter with a high level of initiative and motivation.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain precise records.
- Competent in working autonomously with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
