**Mobilize** are currently searching for a Mobilisation Coordinator to work with our client based in Osborne Park, who will be moving to Wangara. You will be working in a small team environment reporting directly into senior management.

**About the role**
You will be responsible for the mobilisation of field crew to site, ensuring all required documentation, tickets and certs are obtained.
- Liaising with Operations Managers, Site Supervisors, Field Crew and Operations Coordinator
- Prioritise and manage the mobilisation of field crew onto site in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure field crew compliance requirements are met eg. valid tickets and licences
- Documentation for site entry processes and procedures via site specific forms or software
- Book/request flights and accommodation
- Assist with other admin duties as required

**Required skills & Experience**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Understanding of resources industry
- Ability to liaise with all levels within the organisation including Senior Management
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Approachable / friendly and helpful
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
