**What your day to day looks like**:

- Management of all subcontractor requests from Sites Subbie Request Forms
- Scheduling and mobilising various subcontractors to sites
- Coordinate inductions for current and new subcontractors - via HSET teams
- Ensuring compliance of site access for new and existing subcontractors with Site Admins where available.
- Maintain induction records and following up with workers to ensure compliance
- Overall manage of active subcontractor list
- Monitor and upload expiring documents and competencies into relevant system, via HSET team
- Raising requisitions and subsequent receipting of purchase order.
- Develop effective working relationships, through consultation and engagement with our regional maintenance team.
- Ensuring matching of timesheets in accordance with PO’s and Rates and relevant receipting.
- Support the Rental Administration function as required.
- Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role
- Previous experience in a mobilisation and onboarding role within the resources sector.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes
